Winparts sells many products. Of these products, some are charged with a recycling fee.
Car parts charged with a recycling fee are refurbished car parts. For these parts, the moulding is reused. All other components of the part are new. When purchasing an item charged with a recycle fee, we ask you to return the old item to us. Just as at your local supermarket where you are charged a small fee on bottles and other plastics, a recycling fee is charged over these products. You automatically pay this fee. If the old item is returned, we refund the recycling fee.
Please return products with a recycling fee in the original packaging of the newly bought item. Once we receive and process the old product logistically, we will refund the recycling fee to the bank account from which you have made the initial payment.
To return the old product, you must submit a return request via our returns portal. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product. You can purchase a return label in the returns portal.
